Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being delivered. We deliver to thousands of customers each day across multiple countries. The fact that we're determined to become the largest online retailer in the world is evident. The warehouses and centers for distribution are in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders containing more than one item are assigned a specific processing period depending on the specific item.
Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the products you have ordered. Today, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since you purchased it.
Your item should be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also still be in the original package.
